TDK TFM201612BLEA Thin-Film Power Inductors

TDK TFM201612BLEA Thin-Film Power Inductors are 0.33µH and 0.47µH rated and feature thin-film metal magnetic material with high saturation flux density. This helps the inductors achieve excellent DC bias characteristics required for power circuits. The TFM-BLEA power inductors offer excellent stability characteristics and can also be mounted to general-purpose land patterns. These power inductors utilize a closed magnetic circuit structure to minimize leakage flux. The TDK TFM-BLEA power inductors are compliant with AEC-Q200, RoHS, and REACH. These power inductors are ideal for in-vehicle cameras, radars, meter clusters, ADAS ECUs, and automotive communication modules.

Features

  • By using metal magnetic material with high saturation magnetic flux density, the excellent DC bias characteristics needed for inductors for power circuits can be achieved
  • With the same product shape and terminal structure as general chip parts, it has excellent mounting stability characteristics and can also be mounted to general-purpose land patterns
  • By using a closed magnetic circuit structure, leakage flux is minimized
  • Compliant with AEC-Q200
  • RoHS and REACH compliant

Applications

  • Advanced Driver Assistance Systems Electronic Control Unit (ADAS ECU)
  • In-vehicle camera (view camera, sensing camera)
  • Radar
  • Meter cluster
  • Automotive communication module
