Texas Instruments AFE7070 / AFE7071 Dual 14-bit DACs
Texas Instruments AFE7070 and AFE7071 are dual 14-bit 65MSPS digital-to-analog converters (DACs) with integrated, programmable fourth-order baseband filter and analog quadrature modulator. TI AFE7071includes additional digital signal-processing features such as a quadrature modulator correction circuit, providing LO and sideband suppression capability. AFE7070 adds a direct digital synthesizer (DDS) with 32-bit numerically controlled oscillator (NCO) and LVDS output buffer. These TI DACs are ideal for use in low-power, compact software-defined radios and Femto- and Pico-Cell BTS. Evaluation modules are available to test the capabilities of AFE7070 and AFE7071.
