Texas Instruments DRV3233-Q1 Smart Gate Driver
Texas Instruments DRV3233-Q1 Smart Gate Driver is designed for 12V and 24V automotive three-phase BLDC applications. This driver includes three half-bridge gate drivers, each capable of driving high-side and low-side N-channel power MOSFETs. The DRV3233-Q1 driver consists of the low-side current sense amplifier that supports resistor-based low-side current sensing. This driver features detailed SPI configuration and diagnostics. The DRV3233-Q1 driver is AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications. This driver is used in automotive pumps, electrical mechanical brakes, electrical power steering, and brake boost assist applications.Features
