Texas Instruments ESD652/ESD652-Q1 ESD Protection Diodes

Texas Instruments ESD652/ESD652-Q1 ESD Protection Diodes are 2-channel, bi-directional diodes in a small leaded SOT-23 (DBZ) package. These diodes feature 18V working voltage and 4pF (typical) IO capacitance that enables high-speed interface protection. The ESD652-Q1 protection diode operates at -55°C to 150°C temperature range. The ESD652 protection diode operates at -40°C to 125°C temperature range. The ESD652-Q1 ESD protection diode is AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications. Typical applications include factory automation and control, building automation, grid infrastructure, HVAC systems, automotive hybrid and electric powertrain systems, and energy storage systems.

The ESD652/ESD652-Q1 ESD protection diodes exclude ESD shocks exceeding the maximum level defined in the international standard IEC 61000-4-2 (±30kV contact, ±30kV air gap). The device can suppress 8/20µs with 5.5A peak pulse currents according to IEC 61000-4-5.
