Texas Instruments INA187-Q1 Current Sense Amplifiers
Texas Instruments INA187-Q1 Current Sense Amplifiers are AEC-Q100 qualified devices with an operational voltage range of -2V to 42V. These current sense amplifiers feature bidirectional 650kHz high-precision high small signal bandwidth. The INA187-Q1 amplifiers can measure voltage drops across shunt resistors over a wide common-mode range, independent of the supply voltage. These amplifiers operate from a single 2.7V to 12V voltage supply, drawing 650µA of supply current. The INA187-Q1 amplifiers are available in three gain options: 20V/V, 50V/V, and 100V/V. These amplifiers are specified over an operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C and is offered in a 6-pin SOT-23 package. The INA187-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications. The INA187-Q1 amplifiers are ideal for DC/DC converters, Battery Management Systems (BMS), fuel cell control units, and smart junction boxes.Features
