Texas Instruments SN74AHC273/SN74AHC273-Q1 Octal D-Type Flip-Flops

Texas Instruments SN74AHC273/SN74AHC273-Q1 Automotive Octal D-Type Flip-Flops contains eight positive-edge-triggered D-type flip-flops with a direct active low clear (CLR) input. These flip-flops operate at a supply range of 2V to 5.5V VCC with a low delay of 18.8ns at 5V, 15pF load. The SN74AHC273/SN74AHC273-Q1 supports 130MHz at 5V, 15pF load, and latch-up performance exceeds 250mA per JESD 17. These devices are available in a wettable flank QFN package. The SN74AHC273-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications. These flip-flops are ideal for synchronizing data to the clock and a simple memory 8-bits.
