Toshiba 7UL1GxxFULF & 7UL1TxxFULF Logic Gates
Toshiba 7UL1GxxFULF and 7UL1TxxFULF Logic Gates are 2-input NAND gate ICs. The devices offer a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C and 3.6V tolerant inputs. The 7UL1TxxFULF Logic Gates provide level shifting. The 7UL1GxxFULF and 7UL1TxxFULF Logic Gates are available in a SOT-353 package.
