Toshiba TCWA1225G RF SPDT High-Power Antenna Switch features Toshiba's original CMOS process for RF transmission path switching circuits. This switch offers a high-power input and a single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) transmission path. The TCWA1225G provides a built-in GPIO control interface for easily controllable switching. The device is housed in a compact 1.9mm x 1.9mm WCSP chip package, which minimizes the mounting area by 10%.
