Vishay CHA Automotive Thin Film Chip Resistors
Vishay CHA Automotive Thin Film Chip Resistors are AEC-Q200 qualified and offer an operating frequency rating of 70GHz. These thin film microwave resistors feature miniaturized components that are designed in such a way that their internal reactance is small. When correctly mounted and utilized, these components function as almost pure resistors on a large frequency range. CHA series resistors have a flip-chip, wrap-around, or one-face termination. Vishay CHA Automotive Thin Film Chip Resistors are suitable for 5G base stations, drones, and automotive advanced driver assistance system (ADAS) applications.
