Vishay Semiconductors VIA0250DD Isolation Amplifier

Vishay Semiconductors VIA0250DD Isolation Amplifier is a high-performance differential output amplifier well suited for shunt-based current sensing. This device is based on capacitive isolation technology and has a linear differential input signal range of ±250mV. The VIA0250DD amplifier has 0.15μV/°C typical low offset drift and 15ppm/°C typical low gain drift ensuring good accuracy over the entire temperature range. This isolation amplifier operates at -40°C to 125°C temperature range. The VIA0250DD isolation amplifier is halogen-free, Pb-free, and RoHS-compliant. This amplifier is ideal for isolated current measurement in motor control, power supplies, charging stations, and EV powertrains.
