AMD / Xilinx Kintex®-7 FPGA KC705 Evaluation Kit

AMD / Xilinx Kintex®-7 FPGA KC705 Evaluation Kit provides a hardware environment for developing and evaluating designs targeting the Kintex-7 XC7K325T FPGAs. The AMD / Xilinx KC705 board has features common to many embedded processing systems, including a DDR3 SODIMM memory, an 8-lane PCI Express® interface, a tri-mode Ethernet PHY, general purpose I/O, and a UART interface.

Other features are provided by using FPGA Mezzanine Cards (FMCs) attached to either of two VITA-57 FPGA mezzanine connectors provided on the board. High pin count (HPC) and low pin count (LPC) FMCs are included. The FPGA Mezzanine Connectors (FMC) allow scaling and customization with daughter cards.
