onsemi PowerMUX Load Switches

onsemi PowerMUX Load Switches are Dual-Input Single Output (DISO) load switches with two sets of slew-rate controlled low on-resistance MOSFET switches. The slew rate controlled turn-on characteristic prevents inrush current and the resulting excessive voltage drop on the input rails.

  • FPF1320/1:
    • DISO load switches
    • 1.5V to 5.5V input supply operating range
    • RON 50mΩ at VIN = 3.3V per channel (typical)
    • True Reverse-Current Blocking (TRCB)
    • Fixed slew rate controlled 130µs for <1µF COUT
    • 1.5A ISW per channel (maximum)
    • Quick discharge feature on FPF1321
    • Logic CMOS IO meets JESD76 standard for GPIO interface and related power supply requirements
    • ESD protected:
      • >6kV human body model
      • >1.5kV charged device model 
      • >15kV IEC 61000-4-2 air discharge
      • >8kV IEC 61000-4-2 contact discharge
  • FPF3040/42:
    • Dual-input, single-output load switch
    • Typical RON:
      • 95mΩ at VIN=5V
      • 70mΩ at VBUS=5V
    • Bi-directional switch for VIN and VBUS
    • Slew rate controlled:
      • 50µs at VIN for <4.7µF COUT
      • 90µs at VBUS for <4.7µF COUT
    • Break-before-make transition
    • Under-Voltage Lockout (UVLO)
    • Over-Voltage Lockout (OVLO)
    • Thermal shutdown
    • Logic CMOS IO meets JESD76 standard for GPIO interface and related power supply requirements
