onsemi NTMFS6H824N N-Channel Power MOSFET

onsemi NTMFS6H824N N-Channel Power MOSFET is a compact and efficiently designed industrial power MOSFET with high thermal performance. This MOSFET features low RDS(on) to minimize conduction losses and low QG and capacitance to minimize driver losses. The NTMFS6H824N single N-channel power MOSFET is a Pb-free and RoHS compliant device that comes in a 5mm x 6mm flat lead package. Typical applications include DC/DC converter, load switch, motor control, battery pack, and Energy Storage System (ESS).
