ROHM Semiconductor BD62130xEFJ 36V DC Brush Motor Drivers
ROHM Semiconductor BD62130xEFJ 36V DC Brush Motor Driver is a reversible 1-channel, H-bridge driver IC optimized for brush motor applications. The BD62130xEFJ drive brushed motors via Pulse-Width Modulation (PWM), providing Forward, Reverse, Brake, and Stop modes. These devices can operate at a wide 8V to 36V power supply voltage range with an output current up to 3A. The BD62130xEFJ includes built-in protection circuits ensuring high reliability.
The ROHM Semiconductor BD62130AEFJ 36V DC Brush Motor Driver is housed in a compact 4.90mm x 6.00mm x 1.00mm HTSOP-J8 package with an exposed pad for enhanced thermal performance. The BD62130JEFJ motor driver IC uses a different production line than the series model BD62130AEFJ for the purpose of improving production efficiency. Hence, this variant is recommended for use in new development requirements. Typical applications include Plain Paper Copiers (PPC), multi-function printers, laser printers, inkjet printers, photo printers, and FAX.
