Sensirion SHTC3 Digital Humidity & Temperature Sensor ICs
Sensirion SHTC3 SHTC3 Digital Humidity and Temperature Sensor ICs are built on the success of the SHTC1 sensor with a broader supply voltage range (1.62V to 3.6V) and higher accuracy (±2% RH, ±0.2°C), enabling greater flexibility. The ultra-low power consumption SHTC3 Digital Sensors are designed for the consumer electronics industry and offer an optimal balance between a small form factor (2mm x 2mm x 0.75mm), high robustness, and easy handling. These sensors overcome conventional limits for size, power consumption, and performance-to-price ratio to fulfill current and future requirements. Sensirion CMOSens® technology offers a complete sensor system on a single chip, consisting of a capacitive humidity sensor, a bandgap temperature sensor, analog/digital signal processing, an A/D converter, calibration data memory, and a digital communication interface supporting I2C fast mode. The sensors cover a humidity measurement range of 0 to 100% RH and a temperature measurement range of -40°C to +125°C. A broad supply voltage and an energy budget below 1µJ per measurement make SHTC3 suitable for mobile or wireless applications powered by batteries.Features
