Texas Instruments TLV183x/TLV184x/TLV183x-Q1/TLV184x-Q1 Comparators

Texas Instruments TLV183x/TLV184x/TLV183x-Q1/TLV184x-Q1 High-Speed Comparators are high-speed devices that offer rail-to-rail inputs with push-pull and open-drain output options. These comparators operate at a 2.7V to 40V input supply voltage range. The TLV183x/TLV184x/TLV183x-Q1/TLV184x-Q1 comparators feature 65ns of propagation delay, making the device well-suited for high-speed current sensing and voltage protection applications. These comparators include a Power-On Reset (POR) that makes sure the output is in a known state until the minimum supply voltage has been reached. The TLV183x/TLV184x/TLV183x-Q1/TLV184x-Q1 comparators come with an open-drain output stage, making them appropriate for level transition. These high-speed comparators operate at -40°C to 125°C temperature range. These high-speed comparators are ideal for motor drives, grid infrastructure, factory automation and control, and traction inverters. The TLV183x-Q1/TLV184x-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
