Renesas Electronics RA6W1 Embedded Dual-Band Wi-Fi® 6 Microcontrollers (MCUs) are next-generation Wi-Fi 6 System-on-Chip (SoC) solutions tailored for advanced Internet of Things (IoT) applications. Featuring dual-band support for 2.4GHz and 5GHz, the RA6W1 ensures fast, reliable, and interference-resistant wireless communication, even in crowded environments. Powered by a high-performance Arm® Cortex®-M33 core running at 160MHz and equipped with 704KB of SRAM, the RA6W1 offers robust processing capabilities and ample memory for demanding embedded applications. A comprehensive security suite includes features such as eXecute in Place (XiP) with on-the-fly decryption, True Random Number Generator (TRNG), AES-256 encryption, secure key storage, and secure boot, ensuring data integrity and device protection.
