ISL99227 Smart Power Stage

Renesas Electronics ISL99227 Smart Power Stage (SPS) is designed to work with the ISL681x Digital Multiphase (DMP) controllers. The ISL99227 offers integrated high accuracy current and temperature monitors that can be fed back to the controller to complete a multiphase DC/DC system. These devices simplify design and increase performance by eliminating the DCR sensing network and associated thermal compensation. Light-load efficiency is supported via a dedicated LFET control pin. The thermally enhanced, 5.0mm x 5.0mm PQFN package requires minimal overall PCB real estate.
