Toshiba TLP348x Optocoupler Photorelays

Toshiba TLP348x Optocoupler Photorelays consists of a photo MOSFET that is optically coupled to an infrared Light Emitting Diode (LED). These photorelays feature a very small ON-state resistance and a high ON-state switching current ranging from 2A to 4.5A. The Toshiba TLP348x photorelays are ideally used in Automatic Test Equipment (ATE), measuring instruments, high-speed logic IC testers, and high-speed memory testers. These devices are halogen-free and are housed in a P-SON4 package.

    • 25mΩ (typical) and 50mΩ (max) ON-state resistance
    • 4.5A (max) ON-state current
    • 30V (min) OFF-state output terminal voltage
  • TLP3481 photorelays:
    • 45mΩ (typical) and 100mΩ (max) ON-state resistance
    • 3A (max) ON-state current
    • 60V (min) OFF-state output terminal voltage
  • TLP3482 photorelays:
    • 200mΩ (max) ON-state resistance
    • 2A (max) ON-state current
    • 100V (min) OFF-state output terminal voltage
  • 3mA (max) trigger LED current
  • 500Vrms (min) isolation voltage
  • Normally opened (1-Form-A)
  • Halogen-free
