Toshiba General Use/Economical Photorelays

Toshiba General Use/Economical Photorelays are ideal for security systems, mechanical relay replacements, factory automation, and measuring instruments. Photorelays are semiconductor relays made up of an LED optically coupled to a MOSFET, used mainly as signal relay replacements. These Toshiba photorelays are available in 4-pin SO6 and 2.54SOP4 packages. The devices have an on-state current of 2Ω to 50Ω and an off-state output terminal voltage of 60V to 350V. The photorelays also require LED current ranging from 1mA to 3mA with an isolation voltage of 3750VRMS (min).
